!! Hand cured, artisan bacon !!
Due to a delay in delivery of our funky new biodegradable packaging (entirely made from timber and mostly FSC certified) I will have some loose cut and sliced bacon available on Tuesday 10th July. This can be collected from 39 Sheep Street in re-useable plastic containers. Cost £5 for 200g (minimum quantity).
The following flavours are available:
- Fennel, Thyme and Bay
- Fennel and Juniper
- Chilli and Raspberry
- Black Pepper and Bay
Limited quantities of each, as these are scale up test batches. All delicious and come will full traceability.
Fingers crossed our wonderful packaging will be here in the next 2 weeks and then it will be available more widely.
