After exploring the Local & Family History Day, call at the Town Museum next door to see the fascinating exhibits in all five rooms. Run entirely by volunteers, the Museum opens from 10.30 to 12.30 pm and 2.30 to 4.30 pm on Saturday, and from 2.30 to 4.30 pm on Sunday. Children admitted free can try the quiz, with help from adults who pay an admission fee of £1 towards running expenses.
