Personal Training with Sally offers one to one support and specific tailored training to individual needs, sport or lifestyle. Remedial Training after injury, illness or operation. Sally also has experience working with elderly and disabled clients. Sally has qualifications in pre/post natal care. Exercise and training towards weight loss as well as weight monitoring, diet and lifestyle advice. Every session is designed specifically for you and focused for success.
