Looking for a workshop.....

Does anyone have a shed, garage etc not currently being used, which they'd consider renting out for a young carpenter to use as as workshop? It doesn't necessarily need to be secure enough to store tools, as they can stay in my garage - just looking for somewhere he can express himself with his sander without coating everything in my garage with a fine layer of sawdust!
