Dog Fouling

To the woman who walked up Hundley Way at 14.45 today, I saw that you let your dog foul outside a neighbours and then leave some of the mess directly outside their gate. I also saw you check around to make sure no one was around.
Maybe it would be wise to not have airpods in and checking your phone all at the same time whilst cleaning up after your dog.
I have also warned the neighbour on your behalf about the mess as you were clearly in quite a rush.
