Property Wanted

My artist husband and I are looking for a property with minimum of 3 bedrooms plus a space for him to work would be a bonus, we need around 2300 sq ft and a garage. we have visited the town and local villages on several occasions and love the friendly feel, it is our desire to take part in an active community. Our current property is on the market.
If anyone is considering selling in the near future we would very much like to hear from you. We will of course respect your privacy in all matters.
