Property Wanted

My artist husband and I are looking to purchase a property in Charlbury or surrounding areas, Ideally we need minimum 3 bedrooms, and a room suitable for art studio or space to add this. in terms of floor space, we would need around 2300sq ft. We have visited the town many times and feel that this is the area that we would love to join in the active community.
