Could you run a shop in Charlbury? Premises to let

Charlbury Deli & Cafe is moving to new larger premises on Market Street - so our current premises at 39 Sheep Street are available for a shop or community enterprise.

With a front and back room plus large cellar, the premises could be used as a general retail outlet, specialist shop, a gallery or studio, or many more uses. Retail businesses in Charlbury have often succeeded by combining a front-of-house shop with a mail-order or Internet-based service in the back room - perhaps that could be you?

The team at the Deli & Cafe want to see Charlbury's town centre thrive and we're ready to work with, support and advise you if you have a great idea for a shop or community use.

The premises have planning permission for shop use with Mon-Sat daytime opening, and will be available from July.

Interested? Drop us a line via our chairman Richard Fairhurst (richard@systemed.net, 810117), or call in at the Deli for a look around and to arrange an informal meeting with us.
