Speculative development for 34 homes on green field site in AONB
The deadline to get comments in to WODC Planning Dept is 24th Nov. For those who are unaware, Vanderbilt Homes are proposing a 34 home estate at the top of Grammar School Hill beside Fiveways and the allotments.
You can either make comments by going to westoxon.gov.uk/online-applications and type in 16/03494/OUT or Grammar School Hill, or write using the same reference to the Planning Dept, West Oxfordshire District Council, Elmfield, New Yatt Road, Witney, OX28 1PB
