Latest planning applications to West Oxfordshire District Council

  • Walnut Tree House The Slade Charlbury
    Leylandii in front right hand side as facing away from property. Tree is growing between Laurels; to fell in sections to ground level and remove all debris from site

  • Elmstead Crawborough Charlbury Oxfordshire OX7 3TX
    1) Horse Chestnut: Front Garden: Ivy clad main stem,three cavities in the main stem at 300mm and 400mm above ground level. Multiple large strip wounds running up the main stem, multiple stem bleeding both indicative of bleeding canker. Large areas of loose bark throughout the main stem and crown. The tree is in poor condition, fell to ground level and grind out the stump. 2)Lime: Front Garden Adjacent To The Five Bar Gate leading To Pooles Lane: Multiple historic strip wounds running up the main stem, visible fungal growth on the main stem at 10m. The main stem trifurcates at 3m, stem bleeding visible at 3m more areas of loose bark throughout the crown. The tree has been managed in the past by crown reduction work. The main upright limb has large areas of dead bark and fungal fruit body growing from the dead areas. Multiple dead stems throughout the crown , the tree is in very poor condition. Fell in sections to ground level and grind out the stump.
