Candidates announced for County Council election
The candidate list has been published for the Oxfordshire County Council election on Thursday 2 May.
Since the boundaries have been redrawn, Charlbury's incumbent county councillor Neil Owen is not standing for re-election. The new division is known as 'Charlbury & Wychwood', and includes the Charlbury & Finstock, Chadlington & Churchill, Ascott & Shipton, and Milton-under-Wychwood wards.
Candidates are:
- Liz Blount (Leafield), Labour
- Celia Kerslake (Charlbury), Green Party
- Liz Leffman (Charlbury), Liberal Democrat
- Rodney Rose (Milton-under-Wychwood), Conservative
- Clive Taylor (Shipton-under-Wychwood), UKIP
