Toys for Riverside

This year at Riverside (16-17 June) we will have even more children's activities. For pintsized Riversiders there will be hands-on music sessions with Saltbox, face painting, clay modeling and other craft activities. And this year, in addition to our popular hiphop workshops, older Riversiders can learn survival skills from Bushcraft experts and have a go at whacky 'Physics in the Field ' experiments run by volunteers from the Institute of Physics. To help us keep the children's (and adults') activities free we need all the help we can get. Have you got any unwanted toys or children's books which you can donate for us to sell on our children's stall at Riverside? If so could you bring them to next Saturday's Farmers' Market on The Playing Close and give them to anyone on the Riverside stall or email Helen on helengrunig@gmail.com and she will arrange collection.
