Mon 23 Apr 2018: Charlbury Town Council – Planning Meeting

The Town Council will meet in the Corner House (Anne Downer Room) at 7:30pm on Monday 23rd April. The main business of the meeting will be to consider recently submitted planning applications relating to Charlbury. Before this, a representative of Thames Valley Police will be present to provide an update on policing and crime in the area and to answer questions from members.

The meeting is open to the public and all are welcome to attend as observers. If you have any comments that you want the Town Council to consider regarding any planning application under discussion, please send these to the Town Clerk at charlburytc@btinternet.com WELL BEFORE the meeting. You may also address your comments on an application directly to the meeting (maximum of 3 minutes per presentation) by arrangement with the clerk before noon on the day of the meeting.
