With a fine cast including Jake Gyllenhaal, Emily Watson, Keira Knightley, and Josh Brolin, Everest is based on the true story of the ill-fated expedition which took place in May 1996.
Mountaineers from two expeditions start their final ascent toward the summit of Mount Everest. With little warning, a violent storm strikes the mountain, engulfing the adventurers in one of the fiercest blizzards ever encountered by man. Challenged by the harshest of conditions, the teams must endure blistering winds and freezing temperatures in an epic battle to survive.
We are delighted that Steve Mitchell, Scenic Artist on the film, will be joining us for a Q&A session too.
