Fri 14 Oct 2016: Your chance to learn Chinese and Thai cookery

This event is in the past.

Come and learn to prepare some authentic oriental dishes!

Learn from a native Singaporean, Gene, who was taught by her mother and grandmother. Singapore enjoys a mix of Malay, Indian and Chinese culinary traditions: the Thai is Gene's own contribution.

You will be taught how to prepare and cook two Thai and two Chinese dishes, including sourcing the ingredients. Then sit down to eat them (with jasmine rice) for lunch. There will be fruit for dessert.

The lesson will be held in a private home from 10.30 to 1.30, and will include notes and recipes. Numbers are limited to a maximum of six. The cost is £30 each.

To reserve your place, please call Gene on 01608 811233.

THIS EVENT IS SOLD OUT. PLEASE LET GENE KNOW IF YOU WOULD BE INTERESTED IN A SIMILAR EVENT AT A FUTURE DATE.
