Sat 24 Jun 2017: Charlbury Beer Festival

This event is in the past.

The 2017 Charlbury Beer Festival - our 20th event - takes place on Saturday 24 June, from 12 noon till 10pm, at Charlbury Cricket Club (just two minutes' walk from Charlbury train station). There will be 50 real ales, along with Pimm's, cider, perry, our first gin offering, and German craft beer brewed in Hamburg by a Charlbury lad.

For entertainment, there will be live music all day, including a set from Mercury Music Prize-nominated John Bramwell (of I Am Kloot), as well as children's entertainment, and a packed line-up of talks and entertainment in the Culture Tent.

There are several new food franchises, including vegan options for the first time, as well as tea and cakes.

As always, all money raised goes directly to good causes, both locally and in the developing world. For full details, go to www.charlburybeerfestival.org … We look forward to seeing you there.
