Paper cutting is the on trend craft of the moment, but it dates back many years. Christine Green, a tutor from Denman College, has been cutting for five years and has developed a technique which even the most non creative person can enjoy. Should be interesting!
If you've not been before, then please come along and try Charlbury WI. We have a really good programme for 2016 (see Community/Social page for full details), a growing membership (of all ages) and always have delicious home-made cake at meetings!
