What’s on

Fri 18 Mar 2016: The Charlbury Speakeasy

This event is in the past.

The excellent Knights of Mentis. Their music draws on American string band music, roots, country and rhythm & blues, taking inspiration from artists such as Gillian Welch, Old Crow Medicine Show and The Band but with influences from other great British bands such as Pink Floyd and Led Zeppelin. Check out their website: knightsofmentis.com

Alongside the Knights, we're delighted that Kieran Cooke will be doing another piece for the Speakeasy, drawing (amongst other things) on his long experience as a foreign correspondent for the BBC and Financial Times.

The Shed, Nine Acres. Doors open 8pm. £7.50 and bring your own drinks.

It's going to be a terrific evening. Be there!
