Run or Dye™ is the world's most colourful 5K. Unlike other 5Ks, Run or Dye™ is not about recording the fastest time or being first in your age group. It's all about having fun, getting colourful, and promoting fitness.
At Run or Dye, participants become part of the rainbow. Inspired by the ancient Hindu festival of Holi, as they run/walk/dance the course, they get showered in safe, eco-friendly, plant-based powered dye at Dye Stations positioned approximately every kilometre. The result is a once-in-a-lifetime experience that many participants say is the most fun they've ever had exercising.
