other ways of helping the unit to reopen include:

Assistant leader assists the leader, works face to face with the girls, same time commitment and registration requirements as the leader evening.
unit treasurer - very simple accounts, take less than an hour a week to maintain , could be a parent? or anyone.
Unit admin person - much of what we do now is recorded on line, we also have closed Facebook groups and regular emails cascaded with information about activities, resources and opportunities. The Leader can do this if she has time but the role could be shared with a parent or interested other. This takes a few minutes a few times a week ; checking posts and fowarding/ sharing or responding as needed.
Parent rota coordinator: if the unit doesn't have three adults then a parent rota is essential to ensure there are enough adults each week for the meeting to take place. This role takes a couple of hours once a term organising the rota for that term.
Unit helper:- non uniform regular volunteer who commits to 2 hours per week to attend the meetings as often as possible. Could be more than one person. This person could also help the leader with preparing activities at home ahead of the meetings.
