Voices Unlimited

Voices Unlimited is a wonderful, vibrant community singing group for people of all ages and abilities. We have been going since May 2006.

We meet on Tuesday evenings in term time, 7.15pm for 7.30pm at the Friends Meeting House, Market Street, Charlbury. We make a charge of between £4-£6 per session depending on your income and half termly payment upfront.

We sing harmony songs from around the world, contemporary music, folk, some more classical music. We use a mixture of learning by ear and written music. If you love singing but can't read music don't let that put you off.

There are about 30 of us who met regularly with a wider group of about 50 people. We have performed at Open Gardens, Farmers Markets and residential homes as well as Warwick Choirs Festival. We join in the annual massed choirs event in London, Sing for Water, in September.

The group is led by singer and musician, Kath Lucas, who has been leading groups for the last 10 years. The ethos is inclusivity, building community, developing your voice and enjoying the music we make together.

It's all good fun so if you'd like to know more, call Kath on 01993 868487.
