Information about the Practice appointments system
At the CPPG Open Morning in June 2018 one of the main issues raised was the need for a better understanding of how the Practice appointments system works. In response the CPPG has worked with the Practice to produce an information note for patients, which you can see below.
Open Morning on Saturday, 19 January 2019
The Charlbury Patient Participation Group, which will have been up and running for 12 months, will hold an open morning at the Medical Centre on Saturday 19 January, 10am until noon. All patients are welcome to come and discuss what has been achieved over the last 12 months and to share views. Hot drinks and biscuits will be provided.
Information session for family and friends of people living with dementia
Dementia Friendly Charlbury is holding an information session for family and friends of people living with dementia which aims to help you be more confident in providing care and support. The session is on Saturday, 1 December from 2.00 to 4.00 p.m. in the Memorial Hall and will be run by a local dementia care professional. If you are a family carer or a friend or neighbour looking out for someone living with dementia, DFC hope that you will join them to find out more about dementia and dementia care and to meet others in similar circumstances. To express interest or get more information contact DFC: firstname.lastname@example.org or 810192.
