Hartsop Farm, Finstock OX7 3AS
2 x Feldenkrais sessions, specifically aimed at horse riders. These sessions will:
- Increase Rider's Body Awareness
- Relieve Rider & Horse Back Ache
- Help Create & Maintain Independent Seat
- Improve Body Movement, Breathing & Posture
1st Session: 1800 - 1845
2nd Session: 1900 - 1945
