Wanted: Space to work on my old car (1962 Rover P4)

Does anyone have any space where I could work on my car for about 6 months or so on and off over the autumn / winter..?
For the enthusiasts out there.. It's a LHD drive 1962 Rover P4 with a bit of a difference. It currently has a damaged roof after I rolled it while towing it on a trailer a number of years ago.. A nasty accident which I was very lucky to walk away from.
Some of you may remember me having it when I lived up in Nine Acres Close about 5 or so years ago. It is currently fitted with a tuned 3 litre P5 straight 6 engine, which I am intending to replace with a Bentley Mulsanne Turbo V8.
I need to be able to do welding to fit the engine and to replace the roof. Plus ideally store my tools, engine crane and welding gear, ramps etc. Doing this on my driveway, just isn't practical for numerous reasons!
I don't need the space immediately, but thought I'd start asking around now, as ideally I'd like to find somewhere to do the work over the autumn and winter months so that I get out racing again next year..
