Small and friendly Charlbury based company looking for an experienced Administrator for a minimum of 20 hours per week. Hours can be fully flexible to fit in with school hours if required.
Salary: market rate

Purpose
Making a key difference to a small and friendly team, and helping to launch a new and exciting British food brand.

Responsibilities to include:
Assisting with key account administration
Providing support to the Directors to include basic financial administration and the generation of sales presentations
Marketing co-ordination including database administration
Booking exhibitions and events to promote our products and assisting with the organisation of events
Managing Social media sites and basic website administration
Liaising with trade publications on supplying information about our products for any features relevant to our market
Organising Point of sale library and liaising with print company on production of Point of sale

Attributes
Good interpersonal and communication skills
At least three years experience in a similar work environment
Ability to multi task
Literate and numerate

Must have good working knowledge of the following:

MS Word, Excel, PPT
and
Preferable but not essential -
Adobe Acrobat - able to edit and produce flyers
Adobe Photoshop
Mailchimp - create and run Mailchimp newsletter campaigns
Social Media ?" Twitter, Instagram and Linkedin
