Wanted: Home help for elderly couple

I'm looking for somebody to provide some practical support to my elderly parents for a few hours each week. They live in Stonesfield. Light cleaning/tidying; getting in provisions/going to the post office etc. Flexible attitude to tasks required. Hours/pay negotiable.
