Artist studio

I am an artist who has just moved to Charlbury from Devon and I need to rent a space to work in. It doesn't need to be anything special, just warm private and have power so that I can light it although running water would be excellent. An outbuilding would be fine. Natural light is not important . I would like to be able to walk to it so Charlbury is my ideal really. Please ring me on 07930338726 if you have anything which might work.
