A variety of basic dance-inspired steps to popular music with roots in jazz dance, latin, ballet, hip-hop and boxing, because exercise should be fun!

Moves adapted to your needs, from low-high impact and moderate-high intensity.

Mondays & Wednesdays, 7-8 pm
